About Nicole…

Nicole began her culinary journey in 2010, studying professional cookery in Ireland. After graduating, she worked as a chef in a seaside town in Ireland for a number of years before deciding to travel Europe to learn more.

From fine dining restaurants in Ireland, to large scale outdoor events, Nicole has experienced a wide variety of cooking styles. Comfortable cooking for big crowds or intimate parties, Nicole loves the variety that comes with private catering.

During the pandemic, Nicole discovered a passion for bread and sourdough, and still has the same sourdough starter that she created in lockdown.

Nicole completed many ski seasons and summer seasons in various locations, mainly Italy and France, before falling in love with Meribel in the three valleys, and making it her home. She is available for chalet chef work in both winter and summer in the surrounding area.
